Space Availability - The Ellen Clarke Bertrand Library Reservation System

Reserving a Study Room or Recording Studio Space:

  • The spaces in the library are not appropriate for taking the LSAT. Please see this post if you need to reserve space for taking an exam.
  • Select a group study room or a recording studio space from the Category drop-down on the main reservation page.
  • Bucknell students may reserve any of the available spaces (only students may reserve study rooms).
  • Bucknell students, faculty, and staff may reserve any of the recording studio spaces.
  • All users must be logged in to My.Bucknell and use a Bucknell email in order to reserve spaces.

Reserving a Study Room

IMPORTANT: If you have completed your reservation request, you will receive an email confirming your reservation.

Group study rooms are available only for Bucknell student use and can be reserved in half hour increments for a maximum of 2 hours per day, per user, and reservations may be made up to 3 days in advance.

Booking Multiple Slots?

  1. Choose your initial block on the calendar
  2. Under the calendar, choose the end block from the drop-down options
  3. Click Submit Times

In the example shown here, the start time selected on the calendar is 11:30.

Selecting 1:00 from the drop-down options will extend the reservation until 1:30.
